OpenOffice.org

ULTIMATE OFFICE PACKAGE

This is a package of office tools passed quite a long way since its very beginnings, as this version has never been faster, more stable and better equipped. However, still it is not always may compare with the Office ...

Since the show is considered as the best alternative to stronger Microsoft Office, and although the whole package is pretty well equipped with tools, Office, and it still significantly exceeds in all segments.
However, the large number of users all the tools of OpenOffice will be more than sufficient to carry out their daily duties.
The package was found all the most important office tools - from alternative to Word, which is in the package called Writer, via an alternative to Excel called Calc and Impress (from the play will return for PowerPoint) and the Draw, which will serve to draw various kinds of diagrams and Other Clipart illustration.

However in their standard offer, OpenOffice offers a few good and often necessary tool. First in line is the Math, a tool that will be of great use for printing mathematics expression (really works well) and the Base that would be an alternative access.
Placed his hands on the heart, Base will serve to create a database, but that is not even close to Access has become the synonym for the base in office environments, is certainly true.
However, all the tools work pretty well, and it is possible to open and more complex Excel files and complex Word documents (unfortunately not the new Office format) with larger number of tables, pictures and different styles.
Of course there is also support for opening and creating PDF documents (due to virtual printers), but also a Flash animation. So, regardless of the deficiencies and lack of things, this is still the most better free alternative package of office tools.
