Beta of Picasa for Mac OS X


Google has released the first public test release of its software for editing and organizing photos Picasa for Mac OS X.
The version of Picasa for the Mac has almost all the features of Picasa 3 for Windows, but still lacking some features such as geotagging and advanced printing capabilities.


At Google emphasize that it is possible to easily import photos, and related labels from iPhoto, but in the opposite direction of the synchronization is not possible. Or changes that are made in Picasa will affect the look and information related to the photo if they are viewed through iPhoto.
Beta version of Picasa for the Mac can be freely copied from the
Google site.
